This 360 degree questionnaire is a confidential survey designed around a number of client-specific competencies that look at how an individual approaches their work.

The participant will receive a full report of the results in a one-to-one feedback session and it will form the basis of their future development.

Responses are only shared in aggregate form and in an anonymous fashion (except in the case where the individual has nominated only 1 Manager and/or Mentor). The time taken to complete the questionnaire will vary depending on whether or not you add written comments, but it does not have to be completed in one sitting and can be saved and returned to at a later date.

Questionnaire Subjects: By entering into this 360 degree process you have made a clear affirmative action, signifying agreement to the processing of personal data relating to you.

Questionnaire Respondents: The subject of this questionnaire will have asked for your permission to involve you in this process. If you have any queries about the process or your participation please contact the subject of the questionnaire.

Your data will remain completely confidential. Data from this questionnaire will be kept securely by ECP-360 Ltd and will be destroyed when no longer needed. If, at any point you wish this data to be deleted please inform us via support@ecp-360.com

Competency based 360 has traditionally been used in the appraisal and development of managers and leaders at all levels in the organisation. ECP-360 has typically had one of three start points with its clients: find out more

  • Initial set-up.
    ECP-360 has worked with clients from the initial stage of deriving a competency framework right through to the delivery of 360 feedback training and coaching.

  • 360 set-up
    ECP-360 has worked with a number of clients that have a Competency framework in place and wish to make use of this in a 360 process; ECP-360 helps clients devise questionnaire items that best capture the critical behaviours that make up each competency.

  • 360 Processing
    ECP-360 has worked with a number of clients that have an established competency framework and a 360 questionnaire that they have used and embedded in their organisations; ECP-360 has worked with these clients to manage the processing and delivery of the 360 reports.

Values-Based 360 or "Octane Plus" has traditionally been used as a company-wide leadership tool tapping into the key drivers of corporate performance. ECP-360 has typically had one of three start points with clients: find out more

  • Initial set-up.
    ECP-360 has worked with clients to help them define and draft their unique corporate values right through to delivery of 360 feedback training and coaching.

  • 360 set-up
    ECP-360 has worked with a number of clients that have an established set of Values and wish to use a 360 process to measure the degree to which they are upheld and evident; ECP-360 helps clients devise questionnaire items that best capture the critical indicators of behaviours that underpin each value.

  • 360 Processing
    ECP-360 has worked with clients that have an established set of Values and discrete indicators ready to be transposed to a questionnaire format; ECP-360 has worked with these clients to manage the processing and delivery of the 360 reports.
